  • What are your delivery / courier rates?

    Our rates are calculated by a combination of a base rate and a weight rate if the shipment exceeds 100 pounds. The rates are based on a city to city pricing schedule. Our rates are easy to compute and easy to understand. Call us at (407) 841-2586 for complete rate sheets.
  • Can you deliver shipments that require a straight truck and lift gate?

    Yes - We have multiple straight trucks (up to 24 feet) with lift gates. These trucks are radio dispatched, alpha pager equipped, and uniformed. If possible, please schedule these trucks in advance as availability is limited. When a shipment can not be scheduled in advance, do not hesitate to call us. We may have a truck available, and we will always be able to estimate their availability time.
  • How do you track my shipment?

    Our office is totally computerized. We track the time the shipment was ordered, the time of dispatch, and the time and signature for delivery. Our dispatchers are in constant radio communication with the couriers to ensure your package is not delayed and is delivered in a timely fashion. Our dispatch team utilizes both a state of the art computer system and paper tracking. We also utilize alpha-numeric pagers to transmit all important information directly to the courier.
  • How quickly will my package be delivered?

    At any point your package is in transit, you can call our office and we will be able to identify the exact location of your shipment and estimate the couriers arrival time. Our team of dispatchers are in continuous communication with our fleet of couriers using state-wide digital radios. That communication line provides us the ability to determine how quickly your package will be delivered.
  • How long am I on the phone to place an order?

    We retain all pick up and delivery information from order to order. This allows us to know the location of your customers, and therefore, reduce the time you are on the phone with us. Our address database contains over 30,000 locations throughout Central Florida.
  • How do I setup an account?

    Call us at 407-841-2586, or 1-800-542-0851. We will ask for basic information (address, phone number, etc) and you will be ready to go!
  • Am I charged per piece?

    No - You are charged a single base rate per pick up and delivery, plus a charge for the total weight if the shipment exceeds 100 pounds (in some cases there will be a minimum weight charge for larger but lighter shipments). Our base rates are calculated from the distance between the city of the pick up and city of delivery.
  • Can I get a proof of delivery?

    Yes - Simply request that from us when you place the order. Dispatch will then call you back with the time and signature of the delivery. This will be done as a courtesy and at no charge.
  • What are my Orlando service options?

    There are 3 levels of services to meet all of your needs:

    Stat - Available if package is ready between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and can be delivered within 2 hours of your call (available 24 hours a day/seven days a week).

    4 Hour - Available if package is ready between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and can be delivered within 4 hours of your call.

    Same Day - Available if package is ready between 7:00 am and 10:00 am, Monday through Friday, and can be delivered anytime before 5 pm the same day.

    We are able to meet all of your service needs with a variety of pricing and service options.
